There are several daily feeding shows - highlight of course here are the otters, for the time please ask at the till station. Kids will love the touch pool.

The aquarium shows different fish and other creatures of the sea in 38 aquarias.Erst we meet the sweet dwarf otters, which allways play around. Next we go to the pool with mangroves with archerfish, and following is the winterfjord showing  the cold nordical seas. After touchpool we meet the fish from Niendorf Harbour, who also live near the beaches of Timmendorfer Strand. Then we see the fish European coast and then the exciting seahorses. After the grotto we meet the exciting rays. And finally the aquarium of tropical seas, where you can see through a crylic glas tube fish such as sharks, but also a sea turtle swimming over your head. Finally there is the annual changing special exhibition.

 

DE: Das aquarium zeigt verschieden Fische und andere Lebewesen des Meeres die in 38 Aquarien leben. Erst begegnen wir die süssen Zwergottern, wo immer leben ist. Danach gehts zu den mangrovenbecken mit ua Schützenfischen, und danch der Winterfjord der die nordische kalte Meere zeigt. Nach dem Berührungsbecken kommen die Fische vom Niendorfer Hafen, die auch in der Nähe vom Timmendorfer Strand leben. Dann sehen wir die Fische der Europäischen Küste und danach die spannende Seepferde. Nach der Felsengrotte treffen wir auf die spannenden Rochen. Und zu guter letzt das Aquarium der tropischen Meere, wo man durch eine plexiglasrohr Fische wie Haie, aber auch eine Meeresschildkröte über seinen kopf schwimmen sehen kann.

DK: Det spændende lille akvarium som befinder sig nære den danske grænse, hvis fisk fra nord- og østersøen, men også fra mangroverne og det dybe ocean, hvor der vises en havskildpadde og hajer.
